Among the first persons we see is Empress XII Anne Tique,
all ready to appear in the opening number as a cha-cha girl.
Behind her is the sign denoting the outgoing monarchs, Empress
XV Fiona St. James and Emperor XI Damian. There have been
more empresses than emperors 'cause everyone wants to wear
a dress.
