Villard announces second printing!
My editor just called to tell me we are
going back for a second printing of my new book, Miss Vera's
Cross-Dress For Success, A Resource Guide For Boys Who Want
To Be Girls Not every author gets a second printing and this
is doubly impressive because the book has been on sale for

am very proud of my new book, Miss Vera's CrossDress
For Success. It is not only a directory of goods and
services, it contains stories from the academy and enables
me to update my feelings on the transgender movement to this
point. A lot has happened since I published my first book,
Miss Vera's
Finishing School For Boys Who Want To Be Girls (Doubleday,
1997) and I am so pleased to have this opportunity to continue
our story. You will find sections on make-up, hair,
your virtual boudoir and also individual stories that cover
the transgender spectrum. The Patti Project tells of
student Patricia Harrington's decison to transition. Drag
queen Taxi tells what it was like in the days of the Gilded
Grape nightclub. There is a chapter, called The School
for Wives, which I address to wives and partners. Lessons
are devoted to your sexual, emotional, political and artistic
